With our Technical Service we ensure that products always meet the requirements set by customers.

From optimizing process settings of an extruder to investigating deviations during the processing of PVC. Customers can also count on Shin-Etsu's reliable service in after sales. In close consultation with customers, we carry out such tests in our laboratory in Pernis.

We also work with our Japanese R&D colleagues in Kashima and the Technical Service and R&D team in Portugal. Expert and highly experienced specialists help customers to further improve their business operations or end products. These experts can also be called upon for compliance issues.
