Reliable

You can trust Shin-Etsu, that's what it's all about. Employees, customers, chain partners, contractors, our parent company, governments and neighbours must be able to rely on that we keep our promises. Reliability is also about safety, health, welfare and environmental performance. We do not compromise on that.

Ownership

For us, ownership is the superlative of responsibility. An owner is involved with the factory and his colleagues and takes responsibility for matters that are his direct responsibility. Shin-Etsu promotes ownership by giving employees the opportunity to display initiative, provide accountability and increase their confidence.
